ExpiredOutdoor Group Management and Risk Assessment (zoom)

How can you find or create a wonderful place where children can play? This workshop reviews what makes an engaging play space, the ecological impacts of outdoor play, and how to conduct a risk assessment of outdoor locations. It also reviews dynamic risk assessment, since outdoor play occurs in spaces that are always changing. We’ll discuss how air quality, heat, wind, and heavy rain can also impact children’s outdoor play and your risk assessment.
