WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: The teacher-child relationship in early childhood education classrooms is a complex relationship consisting of personal, attachment and professional teacher domains.  In this workshop, participants will explore relational pedagogy with young children as well as identify their own beliefs and values that influence, intersect or inform their own practice in forming caring relationships and in creating climates of trust within their own classrooms.
