About the presenter: Lobna Ajaini is a Pedagogist, ECE Professor, and founder of Childhood Empowerment. With an MPED from Western University, she is an award-winning leader dedicated to inspiring creativity and innovation in early childhood education. An engineer by training, Lobna brings a unique, analytical lens to education. Her work is grounded in relational and inquiry-driven approaches that honor each child’s identity and ways of knowing. As an ECE Professor, she has served as a director, teacher, and facilitator, supporting educators and families through reflective and inclusive practices.
