This workshop will spark a dialogue about all different feelings we witness and support as educators. We will explore how emotions shape brain development, behaviour, and lifelong well-being. We will reframe challenging behaviours through a relationship-based lens and discover practical ways to support.
About the presenter:
Victoria Lim – Victoria has over a decade of experience as an educator, instructor, and program director. Passionate about emotionally safe, play-rich environments, she champions mentorship and family partnerships.
Alisha Inch – Alisha Inch has over 25 years of experience as an educator, centre owner, instructor, and facilitator. Her eight years working with orphaned children in Romania shaped her compassionate, imagination-driven philosophy. She is passionate about creating environments where children feel seen, inspired, and free to explore through meaningful play.

The NSCR Community Room is located on the second floor of Capilano Mall next to NSCR’s office. The room is located down a hallway between NSCR’s office and the entrance to mall parking.
