WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:  This workshop is a first step towards understanding our own emotions as an adult in order to better understand and welcome emotions of children. Caregivers often face emotional storms of children and seek to calm them down, to silence the cries and tears. However, an emotion has a meaning and an intention. It’s a journey of exploration of a child’s universe. Practical tools on how to help children to overcome fears and worries and manage their anxiety. This makes it possible through listening, understanding body language and thinking things through with the child.

BIO: Ramina is a specialist in early child development, devoted to understanding how children’s brains change as they grow up and how the environment and biology influence that change.
